CLASSICAL MUSICIAN

At the age of 9 I started playing flute at conservatory and played my first chamber concerts. Some years laters I earned a master degree in Musicology at Bologna university and started playing concerts in Turin. I went to Germany to play as first flutist for the Ruhrstadt Orchester of Schwerte. The Italian consul saw and called me to play at the consulate of Dortmund for the highest Italian and German authorities in some official events. Meanwhile I started studying conducting and established my own orchestra to play in northern Germany. Today I teaches flute at the Dortmund Musik and I also conducts the Aufwind concert band. I'm a scholarship holder of the German Ministry of Culture and of Deutscher Musikrat. I play on many stages of Europe and USA, where I won the King’s Peak Music Competition, playing my ebony flute: Matilda.

SINGER SONGWRITER

Thanks to my dad I listened to the main italian singer songwriters and I was hooked by the music. In high school I heard American rock music, so I started to play and sing them with small bands. My rock soul grew up during my classical studies and I played Matilda, my ebony flute, in some rock bands. Meanwhile I wrote my first songs published in the “Fiore di nuvola” EP, co-funded by GEMA and the German Ministry of Culture. The album debuted at Welttheater der Straße of Schwerte and I played it as headliner at Rock im Mai of Ihmert. “Occhi da bambina” single was played on the radios, it stands for 3 weeks in the top 10 of indie charts and in the top 100 in the global italian chart. The single “Matini” has been reviewed by RGM with 3 million readers. The album is played in more than 300 Spotify playlists.
